Stir Fry Chinese Fish Fillet w/ Chinese Noodles

Enjoy the health benefits of our Stir-fry Chinese Snapper with Chinese Noodles as we opt for snapper fillet to be the star of the show. We find traditional chinese fish too soft and often deep fried in heavy batter. For our version we roast the fillets in the oven before accompanying with seasonal greens and authentic Chinese noodles. We find mixing Chia Seeds and Chinese noodles together offer a satisfying and authentic touch to this wholesome dish.
